The Reiki Level 1 course is an introduction to the basic philosophy of Reiki, the Reiki principles, the concept of energy healing and how Reiki goes exactly where it is needed most. This course primarily focuses on self-healing and establishing your connection with Reiki. ​The Reiki Level 1 class will attune you to Reiki level one energy and enable you to flow Reiki energy to yourself, family, friends and pets.
