The Reiki 1 course is an introduction to the basic philosophy of Reiki, the Reiki principles, the concept of energy healing and that Reiki goes right where it is needed most. It focuses mainly on self healing and your connection with Reiki. ​The Reiki Level 1 class will attune you to Reiki level one energy and allow you to flow Reiki energy to yourself, family, friends and pets.
